QFitout is a trading name of Valiance London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16265279). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use qfitout.co.uk, sign up for our free resources, join the QFitout waitlist or buy from our store at store.qfitout.co.uk, and what we do with it. Valiance London Ltd is the data controller for this information.

If you have any questions, email us at hello@qfitout.co.uk.

What we collect

When you sign up for a free resource or the waitlist: your email address, plus the date and time you signed up and confirmed your subscription.

When you buy from our store: your name, email address, country, the products you bought and the price paid. Payments are handled by Stripe through our store provider, Payhip. We never see or store your full card details.

When you use our website: our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects technical information such as your IP address and browser details to check that you're not a bot. If you accept cookies, we may also collect information about how you use the site (see "Cookies" below).

When you email us: whatever you include in your message.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use these service providers to run QFitout, and they only process your data on our instructions:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): email sign-ups and sending emails

  • Payhip (UK): our online store and download delivery

  • Stripe: payment processing

  • Make (Celonis): connecting store purchases to our email system

  • Hostinger: website hosting

  • Google: reCAPTCHA spam protection

We may also share information if the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers, including Google and Stripe, may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by approved safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't email you again by mistake.

  • Purchase records: 6 years from the end of the financial year of the purchase, as required for tax purposes.

  • Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with your query.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you

  • ask us to correct it

  • ask us to delete it

  • object to or restrict how we use it

  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it

  • ask for a copy of your data in a portable format

To use any of these rights, email hello@qfitout.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and Google reCAPTCHA uses cookies to protect our forms. If we use analytics or advertising cookies (for example, to measure our ads), we'll only set them if you agree through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
